College Projects

  • Solo project for the final year in college and the idea is to create a mobile application to locate the nearest charging point for an electric vehicle based on the user’s location.
  • Features included would be whether or not the charging station is available, what connector type it is, what’s the price per KW etc.
  • Users can create a watchlist where they can add in their chosen charging point location and can share it with other users.
  • An embedded visualisation graph will display the price fluctuation of a specific charging point.

  • Another team-based project where we had to look for a data set and create 3 hypothesis questions each.
  • Throughout the project lifecycle, we had to clean, parse and create visualisations based off the data set.
  • These visualisations were the answer for the questions set out at the start.
  • A presentation was then required at the very end of the project to present any key findings or any insight we found with the data set and whether or not we could prove the hypothesis questions or not.

  • A team-based project with 3 students including myself in a group to develop a fully functional website within the span of 4 months.
  • The website included functionalities such as Login/Register, Add, Update, Delete products, Shopping cart and product orders.
  • Our website was focused on selling PC’s along with their parts which included RAM, CPU, GPU, Motherboard etc.
  • As with any other websites, reviews/comments and ratings were also implemented.

Finished a LinkedIn Course on ASP .NET Core

Learnt the C# programming language

Built a centralised system for the company’s components using Kibana and Elasticsearch

Created a Web Application using ASP .NET Core that displays data from a DB

Worked on an existing company project called the ToolBox along with adding additional features and fixed bugs

Exposure to agile methodologies, Kanban boards (online collaboration tool called Miro), retrospectives, daily stand-ups, Jira tracking tool and Bitbucket Atlassian.
